Maggie Valley 2015

[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]It’s that time again! Maggie Valley and the 42nd Annual Shelby Mustang & Ford Meet will be held at the Festival Grounds in Maggie Valley, North Carolina on Saturday August 29th & Sunday the 30th 2015. You can download a flyer here to print out for information. As usual there will be show shirts available, SS T-Shirts only this year with last years best of show and Jim Osborn award winners centered on the back. We have numerous door prizes available and the awards this year will also feature last years winners in a still to be determined award. There will be a 50/50 benefiting Toys for Tots. For any questions, please contact Rick Hayslip 678-471-5799 or any of the links on the contact page. This is a 2 day event, Saturday will be the show from 8:30 to 4:00 with registration until noon, early registration Friday from 1-5, and will be a popular vote format with awards presentation at 4:00, with top 3 awards in over 25 classes. If necessary Sunday is the raindate with same times. Like our Facebook page to receive updates. We have several vendors registered and committed to attend. Once again we have arranged for food and drink to be available at the site.

For the club members, we will once again cruise up on Friday by way of the Dillard House Restaurant. If you are interested, we will leave from the Quick Trip at Oakwood at 7:00 am. The Quick trip is located at exit 16 (Hwy 53) on Interstate 985. If you prefer, you can meet us at the Dillard house at 8:30. After breakfast we caravan on to Maggie Valley arriving somewhere around noon or so. We usually scope the show site and take care of vendors that show up early. Since there are many good places to eat, we usually eat dinner somewhere as a group or in groups at several locations.

Lodging is available at the host hotel the Comfort Inn, with additional accomodations at Creekside Lodge, Comfort Inn , Best Western , and Microtel unless they have filled up. There are other hotels in the Maggie Valley area as well as Waynesville which is a few minutes north of the show site.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=”1188″ img_size=”large” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=”1217″ img_size=”large” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=”968″ img_size=”large” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
